and curtains. We also offer subscription plans (Care Concierge™) for regular clients.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes — all our services include convenient door-to-door pickup and delivery. Simply
book a slot online or through WhatsApp, and our driver will collect your garments at
your chosen time.

How long does cleaning take?

Our standard turnaround is 48–72 hours, depending on the service. For Bespoke Plan
or express orders, we also offer priority same-day or 24-hour delivery when available.

Can you clean delicate or designer garments?

Absolutely. Our team is trained to handle couture, delicate fabrics, embellishments,
and high-maintenance materials. We use fabric-specific techniques to ensure your
garments are cared for properly.

How do I know my garments are safe?

We treat every item as if it’s our own. Each garment goes through inspection before
and after cleaning, with detailed checks to ensure nothing is missed. Our branded
packaging also protects your clothes during delivery.

How much does it cost?

We offer both per-item pricing and monthly subscription plans. You can see our full

Where are you located?

Our Head Office is at Suite 110 ZEY Hub , Aminu Kanu Crecent, Wuse2, Abuja while

How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website, via WhatsApp, or by calling our
customer service line. Choose your service, select a pickup time, and relax — we handle
the rest.

Can I reschedule or cancel my pickup?

Yes. Please notify us at least 1 to 2 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel without a
fee.

How does the Care Concierge™ work?

You choose a plan, we pick up your garments weekly, clean them to perfection, and deliver them back — all handled automatically.

What if I have more than 12 items?

You can either upgrade to the next plan or pay per additional item at our regular rates.

Can I mix and match garments?

Yes — as long as they fit within the category of your chosen plan

What happens if I don’t use all my slots?

Unused slots don’t roll over, so we recommend booking all 12 each month.

Do you cover all fabrics?

Yes — but premium fabrics and designer pieces are reserved for
Signature & Bespoke plans to ensure proper care.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes — you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.

Do you service my area?

We currently cover Abuja city and parts of Nasarawa and Niger . If unsure, contact us on WhatsApp.

Do you provide packaging?

Yes — all garments are returned neatly folded or hung, wrapped in our premium branded packaging to keep them pristine.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and online payments
through our secure platform.
